Tell me what's slowing you down.

A 30-minute call is enough to figure out whether I can help and what the right first step looks like. No commitment, no sales pitch.

What to expect

Book a Discovery Call

30 minutes over video or phone. You describe the problem; I ask the questions that matter. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit and what the right next step looks like.

Request a Workflow Audit

If you have a specific process you suspect is broken or inefficient, I can do a targeted audit — map the current state, identify the gaps, and give you a clear picture of what's worth fixing.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

How do I know if my problem is a good fit?

If you have a recurring, manual process that takes meaningful time every week — or a system that's fragile, undocumented, or dependent on one person — that's a good starting point. The discovery call is the right place to find out whether it's something I can help with.

How long do projects typically take?

It depends on scope. A targeted automation or integration project might take two to four weeks. A larger workflow overhaul or database migration might take six to twelve weeks. I'll give you a specific timeline in the project proposal before any work begins.

Do you work with non-technical clients?

Yes — most of my clients are business owners and operations leaders, not technical staff. I communicate in plain language, explain the tradeoffs clearly, and build systems that don't require technical expertise to use or maintain.

What happens after a project is complete?

Every project ends with documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and full ownership of what was built. There's no lock-in. If you want ongoing support, a maintenance retainer is available — but it's never required.
